dc.description.abstract在本論文中,藉由IDEF0、裴氏圖及ERCS這三種技術來探討企業流程再造及資訊技術的關係。在業界一般來說把企業流程再造當成競爭優勢時,常伴隨資訊技術的出現。因此如何評估選取適當的資訊技術,將是實行企業流程再造時所須面對的挑戰。在本論文中,將以ERCS來對工作流程進行刪除、重整、結合及簡化;以IDEF0來描述企業流程再造的靜態架構;以裴氏圖模式找出其動態行為。本方法論已成功的應用在兩個企業流程再造的案例上:臺北農產運銷公司(TAPMC)及臺北縣肉品市場(TCMM)。目前臺北農產運銷公司和臺北縣肉品市場的年收入分別超過100億台幣及65億台幣。且這兩個企業流程再工程案例在此研究下所提出的改善模式的成效與實際經驗數據的成效一致。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, the relationship between Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) and information technology is studied using three techniques: IDEF0, Petri nets, and ERCS. Frequently BPR as a competitive advantage in enterprises is accompanied with new information technology. A challenging problem is how to evaluate the suitable information technology for the BPR. Here the ERCS technique is used to erase, rearrange, combine, and simplify the workflows; the IDEF0 technique is used to explore the static structure of BPR; the Petri net technique is used to find its dynamic behavior. Also this methodology is successfully applied to two BPR cases: Taipei Agricultural Products Marketing Corporation (TAPMC) and Taipei County Meat Marketplace (TCMM). Currently the annual turnovers of TAPMC and TCMM are over 10 billion and 6.5 billion NT respectively. Both BPR cases under the study show the consistency between the proposed models and the empirical data.en_US
