智慧卡產業標準應用之研究

Abstract

本論文探討智慧卡的產業標準與應用，並提出一個新的多功能智慧卡應用構想。 探討的標準，包括ISO 國際標準組織所訂定之ISO系列，編號分別是7816 ,9992 ,10202 ,10373 ,10536等關於智慧卡之標準，以及EMV?、SICPP等產業相關標準。並探討目前使用智慧卡的應用系統，與相關的理論文獻。 本文所提出的智慧卡應用構想，針對智慧卡在金融IC卡預付電子錢方面的使用，予以修改使其整合多功能智慧卡的應用環境，並提出共通使用者介面設備的構想，以提供使用者更便捷的服務。

The standards discussed in this thesis are those defined by the international Standardization Organization ( ISO ), i.e., ISO 7816, 9992, 10202, 10373, 10536, which are so far the whole ISO standards , and those defined by the industry including EMV'96 and SICPP. An application model is formulated. The model provides a framework for multiple applications with prepaid electronic money in a smart card. The model used a common user device to achieve better user convenience.
