dc.description.abstract本文旨在討論光學增量型位置角度感測器輸出信號之內插值(Interpolation)處理的設計方法與驗證。常用之ADC、PLL及比較器的解決方式均經數學模式分析與討論,並提出誤差評估的方法,在選取規格要求的精確度下,最後提出一個滿足20分割的方法,包含了設計與實驗結果,其成果將提昇光學尺解析度達到1um。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractOptical incremental encoders are used to gauge the displacement or the angle of tool machines etc. This thesis investigated the design and hardware implementation of higher interpolation circuits. By subdividing of encoder output signals the measured resolution can be upgraded twenty times and achieves to the range of 1 micrometer. Error analysis of possible methods is discussed in this thesis, and the experiment results will offer us an information for the implement of subdivided circuits.en_US
