摘要: | 在本篇論文中提出一個2.4GHz金氧半混波器,其架構為吉爾伯特乘法器,輸入及輸出均為差動訊號,本文著重在2.4 GHz佈線及動態範圍延展。模擬結果如下:輸入之射頻為2.4GHz,本地振盪頻率為2.3GHz時,中頻輸出為100MEG,轉換增益為0.5dB,輸入三階截距點為-1.45dBm,輸入-1dB功率飽和點為-10.9dBm,以及雜訊指數為10.69dB,提供低電壓2V作為電源供應。
在本篇論文中提供修改模型的一種方法,以作為高頻2.4 GHz電路設計之用。 Mixer is the important element in the receiver for good dynamic range. In this thesis, a differential mixer using CMOS technology is designed for 2.4 GHz application and the architecture is Gilbert Cell. Both the input and output signal are differential. The layout and dc bias are specially designed to extend the frequency bandwidth and dynamic range. The simulated result gets a conversion gain of 0.5 dB, a compression point referred to input of -10.9 dBm, a IIP3 of -1.45 dBm, and NF of 10.69 dB at RF:2.4 GHz, LO:2.3 GHz, and IF:100 MHz. The power supply is 2V. In the mean time, the BSIM3v3 models are modified to account for the high frequency response. |
