dc.description.abstract在雷射二極體中,藉由回輸控制技術使電子操控達到混沌現象的方法是更進步的。藉由引入一個外部的回輸控制項,可以由調整變數c而不必改變信號和偏極電壓即可得到混沌光源輸出。在混沌區域中,光子的能量光譜中示意出明確的連續成份以及展現了在雷射二極體的混沌震動。這方法對於可能的數位傳訊和保密應用上提供了一種由外部控制的混沌光源。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractElectronic-controlled route to chaos in a laser diode is further improved by a feedback control technique. By introducing an extra feedback control term cS (t- ), chaotic light output can be achieved by tuning the parameter c without changing the input signal and the bias current. In chaotic region, the power spectra of the photon density shows a broad continuous component and indicates chaotic vibrations in the laser diode. This approach offers an external-controllable chaotic light source for possible digital communication and cryptographic applications.en_US
