dc.description.abstract | 零電流切換共振式交換電容直流對直流電源轉換器是一種新的轉換器型態。它具備了重量輕、體積小、高效率、低電磁干擾效應及適於半導體IC晶片製造的優點。在本論文中我們集中注意力在倍壓共振式交換電容轉換器的研究和分析。首先我們建立它的理想拓撲模型及理想數學模型。然後我們利用這個理想數學模型做分析和模擬以研究這個轉換器的行為。由於利用理想模型模擬的結果與實際電路的行為有蠻大的差異,所以我們藉由考慮電路元件電阻效應來修正理想模型。之後就可以利用修正模型來研究電路參數如負載對電路的影響,當然電路活動時間比對輸出電壓的影響就可以精確的數學式表示出來。在本論文中所有電路特性的觀察及分析都大多是利用MATLAB和ISSPICE來完成。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The zero-current switching resonant switched capacitor DC-DC converter is a new converter type. It has many merits, which are low weight, small volume, high efficiency, low EMI, and feasibility of fabrication on a semiconductor IC chip. In this thesis we focus on the study and analysis of the double-mode resonant switched capacitor converter. First we build up its ideal topological model and ideal mathematical model. Based on the ideal mathematical model the converter behavior is studied from both the analysis and the simulation viewpoints. Due to the great difference between simulation and real circuit performance, we modify the model by extra considering the resistant effect of circuit components. The modified model is then employed to study the influence of circuit parameters such as loading effect. In this way the output voltage conversion vs. live time ratio is elucidated in exact mathematical forms. All phenomena and analysis of the circuit are verified by MATLAB and ISSPICE. | en_US |
