摘要: 在本论文中我们探讨并实际架设半导体饱和吸收体被动锁模掺铒光纤雷射。在实验上我们成功地架设了一自启动的半导体饱和吸收体被动锁模掺铒光纤雷射,此线性腔体雷射可以产生基本脉冲重复率为14.37 MHz,脉宽95 ps,平均功率1 mW之光脉冲输出,在0.1秒之量测时间下其时序紊乱度噪音为30.86 ps。我们也以主方程式锁模雷射模型加上变分解法来进行理论模拟,得出的计算结果与实验相当符合。
In the thesis we study Er-doped fiber lasers passively modelocked by a semiconductor saturable absorber. Self-started output pulses are obtained from a linear cavity laser with a 95 ps pulse duration, 14 MHz fundamental repetition rate, 1 mW average output power, and 30 ps timing jitter noise within 0.1 secsonds measurement time. The experimental results agree reasonable well with the theoretical prediction from a theory based on the master equation modelocked laser model and the variational method.
