dc.description.abstract | 系統要能夠持續正常的運作,有賴於軟、硬體和操作程序的配合,系統才能發揮正常的功能。以往大多數的研究者著重於硬體或軟體的失效分析,期望能降低由於硬體或軟體的失效帶給系統的衝擊與影響,很少進行有關操作程序的失效分析。本論文針對系統進行操作路徑失效分析,期儘早發現使用者可能會犯的錯誤,並找出錯誤對於系統所造成的影響與嚴重程度。另外,本論文發展失效模式根源階層圖(Failure Mode Root-Cause Hierarchical Chart)可找出導致失效模式發生的根源原因,使整個系統的失效分析能更為完整,增加系統的可靠度。本論文利用衛星任務為例說明所提方法的通用性。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | To continue the normal running of system depends on the cooperation among software, hardware and operation sequences so that the system can be functioning normally. Most researchers used to concentrate on the failure analysis between software and hardware. They expected to reduce the impacts and influences on the system resulted from the failure of software or hardware. But they seldom analyzed operation sequence failure. Therefore, this research presents an effective procedure for the failure analysis in order to find out the possible mistakes users may make and the influences and serious degrees that the mistakes might cause to system. In addition, a failure mode root-cause hierarchical chart has been developed. By using this chart, the possible root causes that lead the system failure can be found.
