dc.description.abstract | 自動化座艙的設計目的,本希望利用機器分擔或替代飛行員的工作,以降低負荷並提升飛航安全。然而,自動化座艙改變了飛行員作業的本質,也變更了人機互動的方式,其中主要影響飛行員使用行為的因素包含了系統、人員、情境、組織與文化等因素,進而使得飛行員對自動化系統產生誤用、濫用、與拒用的使用行為。因此本研究為瞭解我國軍用飛機飛行員對自動駕駛之使用行為中,其影響的因素與改善之方法,針對現役包含自動駕駛系統之軍用飛機中156位飛行員進行問卷調查,並且對51位飛行員訪談,經由質化與量化資料分析結果發現,在系統因素方面,會影響飛行員對自動駕駛系統使用行為的原因包含了:系統自主性、系統可靠度、操作程序、功能的限制、以及介面配置等原因的不適當;而在人員因素方面,則包含了:舊機種的經驗、以及對系統依賴程度兩種因素的影響;在訓練方面:手動飛行技巧、課程與實務之間的差異、以及操作手冊的不完整,也都是影響的因素;此外,作業困難度使得飛行員對自動化系統的需求不同、以及使用規定的不適當等,都是我國軍用飛機飛行員在使用自動化系統時,影響其使用行為的重要因素。因此,本研究最後給予以下建議:在飛機自動化系統方面,增加系統穩定度,並且增加與製造商之間的溝通管道;在訓練方面:增加飛行員使用自動化系統之邏輯與限制等相關知識、操作手冊的改進、並且保持經驗分享管道的流通;在管理方面,則是增加上下層溝通的管道。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This study researches the factors that affect the performance of the automated systems in Taiwan's Military aircraft and it's pilots' ability to understand and properly utilize the systems. The objective of the research is to help better understand why, when and how a pilot chooses to, or not to use the automated system. By better understanding the pilot's reasons, the systems can be tailored to improve its performance and safety. The following five main variables were considered in the study, which surveyed 156 pilots and interviewed 51 more. The research focussed on System, Human, Situational, Organizational and Cultural factors. The airmen surveyed pointed to the system's reliability, operational procedures, limited functionality and its interface design, as downfalls of the system. Human variables, revolved primarily around the pilot's experience, or lack there of, and their dependency on the automated system. Training was another key factor that affected their ability to use the system more effectively. The pilots' manual flying ability, their practical versus theoretical training and inadequate system manuals, were all cited as problems. Antiquated and inappropriate flying procedures and task difficulty also factored into the pilot-system performance.
