dc.description.abstract本研究針對La4Ti9O24陶瓷,添加TEOS ( Tetraethoxysilane )包覆之高氧化鉛含量玻璃粉進行水系刮刀成型薄片研究以應用於高介電微波陶瓷元件。藉由TEOS水解聚縮合反應對高含鉛量玻璃粉進行表面包覆改質已獲致良好的效果,應用於水系漿料中進行低溫液相燒結於1000 ℃燒結4小時後有明顯的La0.66TiO2.993陶瓷相產生。並成功以自行組裝之動態燒結收縮率測量裝置量測添加TEOS包覆玻璃粉La4Ti9O24生胚薄片X-Y軸向的動態燒結收縮率變化。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractAn aqueous-based slip for tape-casting of La4Ti9O24 ceramic sheets with TEOS ( Tetraethoxysilane ) coated high lead oxide contained glass was studied that is suitable for application of high dielectric constant microwave devices. High lead oxide contained glass powder was modified by TEOS hydrolysis-polycondensation coating process; by adding this modified glass powder with La4Ti9O24 ceramic powder sintered 4 hours at 1000 ℃ was obtained La0.66TiO2.993 ceramic phase. The tape shrinkage ratio in X-Y axes was successfully measured by using assembled dynamic-shrinkage-behavior Laser Scan Micrometer.en_US
