dc.description.abstract | 本論文研究具流道之矽基片表面電漿子共振(SPR)感測元件。我們採用B型抗諧振反射光波導(ARROW-B)來實現感測元件,由於其具有較厚的入射導光區,可以有效地和單模光耦合;並在感測區前後的光場傳播區加入上下對稱的波導隔離層,以實現感測元件的液體流道設計,設計後實作此感測元件。另外設計實驗,對山葵過氧化酵素(HRP)在元件表面的固定化加以量測。 | zh_TW |
