摘要: 本研究的目的是在探討組織學習機制、組織學習表現的內涵及組織學習機制對組織學習表現的影響。除此之外,本研究並檢驗組織學習機制對學習表現的交互作用關係。 本研究以半導體產業為研究抽樣的對象進行問卷調查,並以統計方法分析資料,以檢驗所提出的假說。本研究的結果顯示﹕ 1.網路連結、學習試驗機制對開發效益學習表現有正向影響。2.分享機制、學術互動、專業依賴對工作效益學習表現有正向影響。3.網路連結、學習試驗機制對記憶效益學習表現有正向影響。4.學術互動對知識融合效益學習表現有正向影響﹔而分享機制對對知識融合效益學習表現有負向影響。5.分享機制、學術互動對技術創造效益學習表現有正向影響。6.組織有良好的學習試驗與學習互動、分享機制與學術互動、分享機制與專業依賴、學習互動與專業依賴的關係,則組織在技術創造效益的學習表現較佳。7.組織有良好的分享機制與網路關係,組織在記憶效益的學習表現較好。 除討論造成上述結果的原因外,本研究並根據上述結果提出理論與實務意涵說明。 關鍵詞:組織學習機制、組織學習表現、半導體產業
Abstract The main purpose of this study is to examine the effects of organizational learning mechanism on the organizational learning performance of the semi-conductor companies. The secondary purpose is to explore the content of organizational learning mechanism and of organizational learning performance. The semiconductor companies in Taiwan were used as the target of sampling for data collection. Questionnaires were directed to the top manager of each company. Statistical analyses were performed for hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that the organizational networking activity and the experimentation and learning activity have a positive effect on the product development performance. The internal knowledge sharing activity, the interaction with academia, and the utilization of professionals have positive effects on the knowledge utilization performance. The networking activity and the experimentation and learning activity have positive effects on the knowledge memory performance. The knowledge exchange with academia has a positive effect on the knowledge integration performance. The knowledge sharing activity has a negative effect on the knowledge integration performance. The knowledge sharing and the exchange with academia have positive effects on the technical innovation performance. The experimentation and learning activity interacts with the exchange to exert a positive effect on the technical innovation performance. A similar positive effect exists in the interactions between knowledge sharing activity and exchange with academia, sharing activity and utilization of professionals, and exchange with academia and utilization of professionals. Finally, the networking activity interacts with knowledge sharing activity to influence positively the knowledge memory performance. Explanations to the above findings are provided at the end of this thesis. In addition, the theoretical and managerial implications are derived based on the results of the study.
