摘要: 在公差最佳化的研究領域中,如何建立合理精確的成本函數一直佔有很重要的地位。然而與成本相關的參數相當多,而且會隨著環境、時間、市場供需等各式各樣的因素而變動。因此精確的成本函數往往相當複雜、難以精確估計且具時效性。本文研究的目的,便是希望藉由製程可靠度這個純技術面的參數,以其穩定不受成本浮動影響且容易求得的特性,來取代現行的成本函數模式。由於將成本降到最低仍是我們所希望得到的結果,故本文將經由比較可靠度模式與現行成本模式求解所得結果的差異,來驗證可靠度模式的實際可行性。本文將以一影像定位儀的零件公差設計為範例,模擬實際應用的狀況,使結果能更符合業界應用的需求。
In the research domain of tolerance optimum design, how to build a accurate cost function is always a very important problem. But the parameters be related to cost are very much, and may change by environment, times, market, etc. So a accurate cost function is often very complex, hard to estimate and may be change by the times. The research target of this paper is trying to use manufacture process reliability, a stable vector, not be changed by the times, to replace the cost function in operation. Because reduces the cost to minimum is still our final target, this paper will compare the result of reliability model and cost model to prove the actual feasibility of reliability model. This paper will use the part tolerances design of a CCD location machine to be an example, to simulate the real application condition, and wish the result can conform to the industry-wide need.
