dc.description.abstract本論文在研究預成形製程,期望對高爾夫鐵桿頭進行大量製造時能減低鍛件胚料的成本。對選定的七號高爾夫鐵桿頭成品,應用預成形方法進行鍛件胚料的設計,以電腦模擬取代人工設計所需的經驗及嘗試錯誤法的高成本。在研究中應用有限元素分析軟體LS-DYNA3D模擬鍛件的成形過程,並藉由最佳化軟體MOST來控制最少量的餘料產生,經初步分析,將鍛件設計為圓棒狀,以圓棒之半徑為設計變數,要求加工後上下模具差距最小時的預成形。由分析的結果得知,鍛件加工後所產生的餘料確有漸趨減少的跡象。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe main objective of this research is to study the perform design on the forging of Iron head in order to minimize the flash and reduce production cost. In the present study, the finite element code LS-DYNA3D had been combined with optimization code MOST to search for the optimum perform design on the forging of No.7 Iron head. The shape of perform cyclinder was characterized by its radius that was also treated as design variable. The minimum gap of dies after forging was chosen as the object function in order to find the suitable perform that can result in a minimum flash. An optimal value for the radius of the cylinder had been obtained through this research, and proposed new perform through this analysis had been verified by an addition simulation.en_US
