摘要: 複合材料積層板之振動模態分析 研究生:莊啟正 指導教授:金大仁 博士 國立交通大學機械工程研究所 中文摘要 本文目的在討論複合材料積層板之振動特性以及在不同的激振頻率下聲壓曲線的變化。 在理論部分,本篇論文使用一階剪變形理論建立複材積層板之力學分析,求取積層板之自然頻率與振動模態,及利用高斯(Gauss)數值積分法發展了一套計算平板聲壓趨勢的方法,以瞭解在不同的激振位置對聲壓曲線的影響,並由激振位置及振動模態之間的關係合理解釋其聲壓高低的原因,且分析在積層板周圍增設加強樑對自然頻率及聲壓的影響。 在實驗部分,量測激振器(excitor)在積層板上所放位置之不同在不同激振頻率下所產生的聲壓值及整體趨勢,將之與理論所得結果互相比較,並研究如何使其在有效頻寬(effective frequency band)上聲壓?面曲線平坦的方法,以幫助我們瞭解複材積層板之振動行為。
MODAL RESPONSE ANALYSIS OF LAMINATED COMPOSITE PLATES Student:Chi-Chun Chung Advisor:Dr. Tai-Yan Kam Institute of Mechanical Engineering National Chiao Tung University ABSTRACT In this thesis, vibration characteristics of laminated composite plates are studied via both experimental and theoretical approaches. Sound pressure responses of laminated composite plates with different vibration characteristics are also studied experimentally and theoretically. The vibration analysis of the laminated plates is achieved via the use of the finite element method. A numerical integration method is used to calculate the panel's sound pressure response in a given frequency range. The dynamic characteristics of laminated composite plates with or without edge stiffeners are also studied. In the experiment approach, the effects of number of edge stiffeners and locations of excitor on the sound response of the panels are studied. From the comparisons between the theoretical and experimental result, we can find ways to improve the smoothness of the sound pressure response curves in the given frequency range.
