摘要: | 现今工业界对于齿轮的应用要求运动精确和高效率的传输力矩。为了提升正齿轮的使用效率与寿命,并改善传动时产生振动的不良影响,本论文旨在应用多挠性体机构理论进行正齿轮对的动态模拟与实验。首先应用有限元素分析软体对正齿轮作模态分析,然后再将此分析结果结合多体机械分析软体,从事正齿轮对的啮合接触力计算与动态分析。实验方面利用CCD照相机和光电开关,撷取齿部的瞬间变形影像,并且使用应变计量测齿根的应变。最后将电脑软体模拟、运算所得的结果与量测结果作比较,以验证动态分析结果的正确性。 Today industry demands gears of high precision and high transmission efficiency. To increase gear life and reduce vibration, this study carries out multibody dynamic simulation and measurement for spur gear pairs. First, finite element analysis software is used to calculate vibration modes of the spur gear. Second, finite element modal data are fed into the flexible multibody program to execute dynamic analysis. This work also carries out experiments using a CCD camera and optoelectric switch to obtain images of gear deformation. In addition, strain gages are employed to measure strain at gear roots. Finally, this work compares results between computer analysis and image processing to verify dynamic analysis results. |
