dc.description.abstract近年來,由於高功率二極體激發固態雷射其體積小、壽命長、輸出光束品質佳且高效率等特性適用於各種不同的應用中,因而受到相當的重視。本論文致力於端面激發式高功率二極體激發固態雷射之研究,並且建立數學模式加以模擬分析。然而,在設計高功率固態雷射中,熱因素的影響甚大,因而在架構高功率的固態雷射之前必先對熱機致做詳細的研究。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn recent years, development of solid-state lasers pumped by laser diodes have attracted much attention because of their compact, long-lived, good beam quality, and high efficient properties suited for various applications. This dissertation focuses on studying and modeling of high-power diode-end-pumped solid-state laser. However, power-scaling of diode-end-pumped solid-state lasers have been hindered by thermal problems. Before fabricating high-power diode-end-pumped solid-state laser, we should consider thermal issues first.en_US
