dc.description.abstract | 雷射鑷夾(Laser Tweezers)是一套跨領域的高科技,結合了光電科技、微機電概念、電控工程、電腦技術等應用科學所完成的一套生物科技儀器。雷射鑷夾利用基礎物理中光壓產生力的機制,可以捕捉、搬運、與操控大小約在 數量級左右的微小物體或是生物體,是生物與醫學上的研究利器。在這論文中,我們從光學設計到機械加工,將原本在光學桌上數公尺大小的系統,濃縮製成一套可攜式的雷射鑷夾系統(Mobile Laser Tweezers System),大小僅 。此外,我們將鑷夾的功能與電腦相結合,加入電腦化自動控制(Automation)的功能,除了可程式化(Programmable)以提高操控的精確性之外,也可以直接使用一般的電腦搖桿來操作雷射鑷夾,增加使用者的方便性。我們可以帶著這樣的雷射鑷夾系統,主動出擊,走出實驗室,到任何地方做實驗,增加雷射鑷夾的使用彈性。在這生物科技時代來臨的二十一世紀,我們相信,這套可攜式自動控制雷射鑷夾系統,可以更廣泛地應用在生物醫學的研究上面,藉以提昇人類的醫療水準與健康的生活。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Laser tweezers is a newly developed instrument, which makes possible the manipulation of the micrometer-wide micro-optical particles under a microscope. It combines the fundamental science of physics, and the high-tech engineering of electro-optics, MEMS, electrics, and computers. In this work, we design and fabricate a mobile laser tweezers system of in dimensions, so that it can be operated outdoors. In addition, we automate this laser tweezers for a convenient and precise operation with a computer control system including a common PC compatible joystick. We believe that this automated mobile laser tweezers system can be broadly applied to many bio and medical researches in the 21st century. | en_US |
