dc.description.abstract本論文中,我們利用Energy-Dispersive X-ray Diffraction (EDXD)研究硒化錳鎘(CdMnSe)三元化合物之高壓對其結構變話之影響. 此次實驗,我們利用鑽石高呀砧 (Diamond Anvil Cell, DAC)的技術產生高壓至10 GPa,用以探討在高壓之下,硒化錳鎘之結構改變,並發現不同濃度下,其相變過程皆由wurtzite結構變成rocksalt結構;最後並和硒化錳鋅做比較.zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this thesis, Energy-Dispersive X-ray Diffraction (EDXD) is used to study high-pressure effects for the phase transition of CdMnSe. Diamond Anvil Cell (DAC) is used to generate high pressure to 10 GPa in our work. We find that the phase transitions og CdSe, Cd0.95Mn0.05Se and Cd0.90Mn0.10Se are all form wurtzite structure transformed to rocksalt structure. And we would compare the results with ZnMnSe.en_US
