dc.description.abstract本研究希望針對網際網路的功能與其媒體特性,探討網路使用行為與溝通才能的關連性,其中網路行為包含了上網經歷、上網時間、網路資訊服務使用時間、網路互動服務使用時間;溝通才能則包含放鬆、互動管理、適應、自我揭露、訊息能力、自我概念、達到目標等七面向。 本研究以大學生為例,經由文獻收集、資料分析以及問卷調查,探討大學生的網際網路使用行為(如:使用時間與功能等)是否會影響其溝通才能。研究結果發現1.使用網路經歷較深者,其「放鬆」、「自我概念」、「達到目的」皆高於網路經歷較淺者。2.高度網路使用者比低度上網者更具有「適應性」。3. 高度網路資訊服務使用者在「適應性」與「自我揭露」上皆比低度網路資訊服務使用者好。4. 高度互動服務使用者在「適應性」與「達到目的」上也比低度網路互動服務使用者來得好。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between Internet use and communication competence. Four indicators were used to measure Internet use, which were experience with Internet, years of Internet use, time spent in Internet for seeking information, and time spent on Internet for interaction with other people. Communication competence includes seven dimensions: relaxation, interaction management, adaptability, self-disclosure, message competence, self-concept, and goal achievement. A questionnaire was distributed to 221 college students in northern Taiwan. The research findings were discussed in details in the paper.en_US
