dc.description.abstract | In this thesis, we design a new planar periodical structure with a new multi-layer planar cell. This new periodical structure can be manufactured by the multi-layer printed circuit board technology. This new multi-layer planar periodical structure acts like a double-side magnetic conductor when the structures resonate.
