dc.description.abstract現有的自行車變速系統測試機台,只適用於外變速器,且在測試各齒之換檔機率時,只適於高品質的變速系統,一般的變速系統則因穩定區太小甚至沒有穩定區,以致於在定位點的設定上,造成測試過程中無法換檔而無法得知各齒之換檔機率。因此,本文主要目的在改進現有測試系統的功能,使測試系統能同時適用於外變速器與內變速器的測試,並以較佳且簡便的方式改進穩定區測試,藉由穩定區測試中所得之定位點,再進一步測試各齒之換檔機率,同時在測試系統中加入過拉(over-shifting)的功能,來解決產品無穩定區的問題。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe existing testing system on the bicycle derailleur is only for the derailleur system. It is suitable for the high quality product during gear-shifting probability test. It is hard to obtain the results for the gear-shifting probability distribution when there is small or no stability region for some freewheels. Because the index points for the stability region cannot be set easily. Then, the test of the gear-shifting probability distribution can be failure in the testing. This study is to improve the existing testing system for testing both the derailleur and the multi-speed hub. The new testing system can be used to test the most of the products no matter what the quality of products. It can be selected a new way to improve the stability region test. The gear-shifting probability distribution can be tested on each tooth according to the index points from the stability region test. The functions of over-shifting and under-shifting are also implemented to overcome the problem for no stability region.en_US
