摘要: | 现有的自行车变速系统测试机台,只适用于外变速器,且在测试各齿之换档机率时,只适于高品质的变速系统,一般的变速系统则因稳定区太小甚至没有稳定区,以致于在定位点的设定上,造成测试过程中无法换档而无法得知各齿之换档机率。因此,本文主要目的在改进现有测试系统的功能,使测试系统能同时适用于外变速器与内变速器的测试,并以较佳且简便的方式改进稳定区测试,藉由稳定区测试中所得之定位点,再进一步测试各齿之换档机率,同时在测试系统中加入过拉(over-shifting)的功能,来解决产品无稳定区的问题。 The existing testing system on the bicycle derailleur is only for the derailleur system. It is suitable for the high quality product during gear-shifting probability test. It is hard to obtain the results for the gear-shifting probability distribution when there is small or no stability region for some freewheels. Because the index points for the stability region cannot be set easily. Then, the test of the gear-shifting probability distribution can be failure in the testing. This study is to improve the existing testing system for testing both the derailleur and the multi-speed hub. The new testing system can be used to test the most of the products no matter what the quality of products. It can be selected a new way to improve the stability region test. The gear-shifting probability distribution can be tested on each tooth according to the index points from the stability region test. The functions of over-shifting and under-shifting are also implemented to overcome the problem for no stability region. |
