dc.description.abstract扣環是安全座椅中很重要的零件,一般扣環本身可以分解為按鈕部、扣鎖部、彈出件、底座及舌片部分;舌片端可隨安全帶任意移動,但當舌片插入扣環內時,因內部的扣鎖裝置會將舌片卡住,使舌片與扣環不會產生相對運動,安全帶即被固定住。本文的目的是依據工程設計法及專利迴避方法的流程,從問題定義、規格訂定、概念設計到具體化設計,設計出一新型的扣環,並製作雛形,驗證其功能,期突破外國專利的箝固。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe buckle can be divided into six parts. They are the tongue member, the shape of tongue member, the button member, the lock member, the ejection member, and the lower housing member. When the tongues are sufficiently plugged into the buckle main body over the lock member, the tongue usually forces the ejection member to move away from the side of the lock member allowing the lock member to lock the tongues. A flexibility element normally urges the lock member against the button member limiting movement of the button member but is yieldable to allow the lock member to be moved apart from the button member. The purpose of this study is to design a new buckle and to design around the existing patents by following four steps: (1) planning and clarifying the task, (2) conceptual design, (3) embodiment design, and (4) detailed design. Some useful tools from Quality Function Development(QFD) technique and Theory of Inventive Problem Solving(TRIZ) method are used during the design process.en_US
