摘要: 本研究利用4,4"-Diamino-5'-phenyl-m-terphenyl(7)分別與2,3,5 - Triphenyl -1,4-benzene-dicarbaldehyde(4)、Terephthal-aldehyde 進行縮合聚合反應,得到共軛Polyazomethines 高分子聚合物(1P、2P)。此外亦利用Diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A (DGEBA)、m-Xylylenediamine (MXDA)以及4,4"-Diamino-5phenyl-m-terphenyl(7)三種化合物,依不同當量比進行交聯反應,得到具螢光特性之交聯高分子。 聚合所得之共軛Polyazomethines 高分子,溶於dichioromethane時具有螢光特性,但形成固態薄膜後卻量測不到螢光特性。對於此現象,根據高分子之結構推論出三個原因,其共通點為降低共軛強度因而減少螢光的發射。 由交聯高分子的螢光性質分析,得到發光體濃度對螢光強度之作圖呈現一最大值,形成焠息(quenching)現象。發光體與交聯系統之最佳當量比為Diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A/m-Xylylenediamine/ 4,4"-Diamino-5phenyl-m-terphenyl = 100/90/10。此系統的交聯溫度為50℃,生成的交聯高分子不溶於常見的有機溶劑。
Conjugated polyazomethines were prepared by the condensation polymerization of 4,4"-Diamino-5'-phenyl-m-terphenyl (7),respectively, with Triphenyl-1,4-benzene-dicarbaldehyde (4)(1P), and Terephthal-aldehyde(2P). Various, weight ratio of diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A (DGEBA) / m-Xylenediamine (MXDA) / compound 7 in 100/99/1, 100/95/5, 100/90/10, 100/85/15, 100/80/20 were mixed and cured to give 5 crosslinked epoxies. The conjugated polyazomethines 1P, 2P thus prepared showed fluouescence emission in dichloromethane solution but none in thin films. Comparisons of the fluorescence spectra of crosslinked polymers Cure01, Cure05, Cure10, Cure15,and Cure20, a concentration quenching was found, with the highest PL intensity occurred at Cure10.
