dc.description.abstract本研究利用固態反應法在煆燒溫度1300℃持溫1小時所研製出的La4Ti9O24陶瓷粉體,添加玻璃粉GA-9(PbO-B2O3-SiO2)和GP-032(ZnO-B2O3-SiO2)使其能夠在低溫1000℃範圍下得到燒結緻密的陶瓷體。添加GA-9的試片,結構隨著GA-9的增加逐漸轉變為La0.66TiO2.993,而添加GP-032的試片,結構隨著GP-032的增加逐漸轉變為LaTi21O38。La0.66TiO2.993為高介電常數值,值約為130。LaTi21O38為低介電常數值,值約為30。所以可以藉由添加不同GA-9/ GP-032 配比使La4Ti9O24生成不同比例的La0.66TiO2.993/ LaTi21O38,如此就可以得到25~80的介電常數曲線。在微波陶瓷材料上提供另一種選擇。 採用沒有氫鍵的高分子鏈PEO當作水系刮刀的黏結劑,避免玻璃粉中的硼離子會和有氫鍵的黏結劑產生凝膠化的現象。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractCeramic powders La4Ti9O24 fabricated by solid state reaction at 1300℃for one hour and then mixed with frit GA-9(PbO-B2O3-SiO2) and GP-032(ZnO-B2O3-SiO2), were sintered at temperature 950℃, 1000℃, 1050℃. Adding GA-9 on La4Ti9O24 to synthesize La0.66TiO2.993. La0.66TiO2.993 was a phase with high dielectric ceramic. Adding GP-032 on La4Ti9O24 to synthesize LaTi21O38. LaTi21O38 was a phase with low dielectric ceramic. To investigate the difference microwave properties, we controlled the compositions of GA-9/ GP-032. The gelation reaction will be inhibit under using no hydrogen bonding binder in an aqueous based slip for tape casting.en_US
