dc.description.abstract本论文中提出一个供IEEE802.11a规格之直接降频接收器使用的5.25GHz 积体化金氧半正交压控器荡器,此正交压控振荡器由TSMC 0.25um CMOS制程制造完成,其中振荡腔的可变电容使用实验室自行设计的accumulaiton mode MOS 压变电容,其可变电容直范围较大进一步提供压控振荡器更宽广的可调频率范围,压控振荡器架构为PMOS和NMOS双交偶合对(cross-coupled pair)的型式以提高负电导,并将两组压控振荡器交错相连进而产生出正交讯号。压控震荡器量测的结果如下:振荡频率为5.260GHz~5.525GHz,调变频宽为265MHz,相位杂讯离载波1MHz时为-102.83dBc/Hz,在2.5V电源供应下功率消耗17.5mW。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractA 5.25GHz fully integrated CMOS quadrature Voltage-Controlled Oscillator for IEEE 802.11a direct conversion receiver is presented. The quadrature VCO is fabricated by TSMC 0.25um CMOS process using accumulation mode MOS varactor to upgrade tuning range and lower phase noise. The architecture of VCO adopts both NMOS and PMOS cross-coupled pair to enhance negative conductance, and connects two differential LC-tank VCOs to generate four 0,90,180,270 degrees signals The measured result attain a oscillation frequency sweep from 5.260GHz ~ 5.525GHz, tuning range 265MHz, phase noise of -102.83dBc/Hz at 1MHz offset and 17.5mW power consumption at 2.5V DC supply.en_US
