dc.description.abstract本研究以LS-DYNA有限元素分析軟體,模擬流旋型加工製程,並探討如何選定質量比例因子值及時間增量,來改善分析模擬效率。並進一步運用田口品質工程參數設計手法,探討流旋型加工參數之影響及尋找製程的顯著因子,以獲得最佳加工參數,使三滾輪的接觸合力最小,減少旋型加工機產生接觸力的不平衡所造成的偏擺或振動現象。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe first objective of this research is to build a finite element analysis model for tube spinning by the LS-DYNA analysis software. The major concern is to choose mass scaling factor and time step for this model to enhance the analysis efficiency. The other objective of this research is to find the effects of parameters on tube spinning and to obtain the notable parameters by the method of Genichi Taguchi quality engineering parameter design. The result of optimum parameters for the model will minimize the resulting contact force and eliminate the phenomena of vibration which is caused by the unbalanced contact force of rollers of the tube spinning machine.en_US
