dc.description.abstract自行車煞車器系統主要係由煞車操作把手(Brake Lever)及制動裝置(Brake unit)所組成,並藉由煞車鋼索作為此二裝置之介面,就系統需求的觀點,煞車把手與制動裝置之機構設計必需相互匹配,才能確時達到高安全性及較佳操控性之要求。 就自行車煞車把手之設計而言,在騎乘遇到狀況時,只作動前煞或後煞,均會對騎乘者的安全性產生影響,但是利用煞車為前、後煞同動及適當的匹配時,自行車不會因此而失控,是提高騎乘者的安全的一種方法;因此,對煞車把手之機構特性作一完整分析,將可有效的提昇煞車之系統性能。 本研究主要是針對自行車之煞車操作把手進行機構之分析,進行自行車安全剎車器致動機構特性之分析研究;藉由專利機構之分析,期達成兼具較佳之機械利益與行程效率之操作系統,瞭解各機構之特性與使用之限制。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe brake system of a bicycle composes of brake levers, braking units and cable casing that used for an inter-medium. On the viewpoint of brake system design, to improve the compatibility of brake lever and braking unit will enhance the performance of safety and controllability on the bicycle. In convenience, when some conditions happen to the riders, it will effect safety to the riders, if they only action the front or rear brake. However, when front and rear brakes match each other or simultaneously, the brake bicycle will not be out of control, and it will improve riding safety. Therefore, it is a major problem that design should improve the performance of the braking system. In this field, engineering design will be proposed. The engineering design procedure is based on patents search and analysis, which will accomplish both better mechanical advantage and operating system of stroke efficiency. However, the main purpose of the project is to understand each mechanical characteristic and constraint.en_US
