dc.description.abstract本論文之重點在於研發出一套可應用於生醫工程上的神經元信號多通道量測的系統,從整個實驗的環境、神經元特性,以及電路架構三方面來考量,期望改善以往多通道電路面積龐大、雜訊干擾以及功率消耗等問題。從實驗結果得知,本系統可有效的減少整個電路面積,且在雜訊干擾問題上也獲得良好的效果,且可以成功測量到老鼠大腦的自發性以及刺激性反應,適用於生醫工程上對於神經元的研究。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis thesis focuses on developing a multichannel measurement system for neuron signals that can be applied to biomedical engineering. To solve the problems such as oversized multichannel circuit, noise inference, and power consumption, we consider the entire experimental environment, in regard to the neuronal characteristics, and the circit architecture. Through the experiment results, we observed that the measurement system can efficiently reduce the size and solve the noise inference problem. It can also detect the spontaneous and stimulative of rat cerebrum, thus it is suitable to be used in the neuron research of biomedical engineering.en_US
