dc.description.abstract首先探討Diels-Alder加成產物14-16其環化反應與臭氧裂解反應的立體選擇性;並捕捉臭氧化物,研究其形成四個氧的籠狀化合物之反應機構。 研究6-hydroxy-2H-3-pyranones 29、30與環戊二烯進行Diels-Alder反應,應用其產物合成不同骨架之含三個氧、四個氧的籠狀化合物與含氮籠狀化合物,並探討含氮籠狀化合物影響其位向異構物的因素。 合成一個分子同時具有兩個含氧籠狀化合物85,並嘗試應用於與金屬螯合能力的實驗,但初步並未發現具有與金屬鈉、鉀離子螯合的能力。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractWe studied on the stereoselectivity of the cyclization reaction and the ozonolysis of the Diels-Alder addition adducts 14-16. We also studied on the tetraoxa-cage compounds mechanism according to synthesis its ozonide. We studied on the Diels-Alder reactions of 6-hydroxy-2H-3- pyranones 29、30 with cyclopentadiene and application of the cycloadducts for synthesis, chemistry of oxa-cage and aza-oxa-cage compounds. We synthesis the di-oxa-cages compound 85, and try to application it with the metal ion chelating ability test, but we are not found it can chelating with sodium and potassium ions.en_US
