dc.description.abstract本論文合成四組共聚物,分別為:Poly[3,6-(N-ethylhexyl)carbazole-alt-1,4-2-(2-ethyl-hexyloxyl)-5-methoxy-p-phenylene ] PCO ; Poly[3,6-(N-ethylhexyl)carbazole-alt-9,10-anthracene] PCA ; Poly[2,7-(9,9-dihexylfluorene)-alt-1,4-2-(2-ethyl-hexyloxyl)-5-methoxy-p-phenylene ] PFO ; Poly[2,7-(9,9-dihexylfluorene)-alt-9,10-anthracene] PFA ; 含有醚基側鏈之PCO、PFO均可溶於一般有機溶劑,導入anthracene單體之PCA、PFA則是對於低極性的溶劑有較高溶解度,此外,由於anthracene的剛硬性使得熱性質更好,玻璃轉移溫度都約高於1500C,5%熱重損失溫度均在417至4460C之間。 由於anthracene上苯環參與共軛系統,使得發光波長大幅紅位移(與PCO、PFO相比)至450nm附近,發光波長也更趨近於藍光,另外,anthracene其結構的立體障礙,而降低了分子間的堆疊效應,因此使得PCA之量子效率高於PFA。zh_TW
