dc.description.abstract现今多数的机台都具备有多功能的性质,藉由参数的调整之后,就可以转换成为另一种作业内容,以支援短期产能不足的机台群。在不考虑派工与投料的前提下,本研究发展一套“多功能机台最适调整方案”的系统,藉以“提升非瓶颈机台群的利用率”,避免因机台闲置而造成无谓的浪费,且同时有效增加瓶颈机台的产出与降低瓶颈机台负荷过重以及在制品存货过多的情形。
本系统是以趋势分析法的观念来取代平均法,可有效的缩小可行解的范围,另加上产能状况、支援能力、及调整机台前所需的设置时间等指标之综合运算来找寻最佳的替代机台,以有效纾解短期内瓶颈机台产能不足之处。最后以一个案例来说明并验证之。

dc.description.abstractMost of the machines are multifunctional in IC foundries. A multifunctional machine can be reset to maximize the moves of the bottleneck machine group. Such machine reset up problem is called as multifunctional machines adjustment problem.
In this research, we develop an approach to solve the problem mentioned above. The purpose of this research is to maximize the moves of the bottleneck machine group under the constraints of non-decreasing the local moves of some other machine groups with high degree of utilization. We modify the approach proposed by Pu. The steps of the approach proposed in this research are stated as follows: (1) we identify the bottleneck machine group; (2) we search the alternative machine groups which can be reset up and become a member in the bottleneck machine group; (3) we develop a multi-criteria decision making model to determine the priorities of these alternative machine groups to become a member in the bottleneck machine groups; and (4) we add one of the machine in the alternative machine group with the highest priority to the bottleneck machine group. Then the new machine mix configuration is proposed.
Further, we use a near real IC foundry example to illustrate and to verify the performance of the proposed approach. The simulation results show that the aim of this research can be easily obtained by the proposed approach.
