dc.description.abstract在基因的表現上,常常會有A基因活化或抑制B基因的情形。因此本論文的目標是想藉由統計的方法找出一個準則來判斷基因間活化、抑制的關係,以及探討這個準則的適用性。希望能幫助生物學家能在做實驗前利用此方法選出幾個重要的基因來做試驗,以減少其實驗成本,並得到很好的結果。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn this article we propose a new statistical criterion to determine the causal relationship between two genes. We also discuss some properties of the criterion. We hope that it can help biologist to pick up those important genes before experiments in order to reduce the cost of experiments and obtain good results.en_US
