視訊片段之搜尋與擷取之研究

Abstract

在現今視訊資料量越來越大，網路頻寬受到限制的情況下，我們需要一套系統來幫助我們自動過濾網路上的各種視訊資料。這套系統可以瀏覽介紹以及提供相同視訊片段的搜尋方式。在這篇論文裡，我們提出一個不受限於視訊格式，又可以不失速度的場景偵測方式，並且擷取關鍵畫面。讓使用者可以瀏覽這些關鍵畫面來知道視訊資料的大綱，且藉由搜尋引擎找到感興趣的視訊資料。

With the amount of multimedia information growing and limitation of networkbandwidth, it is necessary to construct a system that helps people to filter every kind of multimedia information in the network automatically. The system can help people browsing the video, and provide the same video clip searching. In this paper, we provide shot detection method that doesn’t limit with video format, and it doesn’t cost a lot of timing, and we can retrieval the key-frame. Users can know the outline of video by browsing the key-frame and find the interesting video by searching engine.
