AutoBLAST - 一個建構於瀏覽器上的BLAST自動化工具

Abstract

本論文在實作一個針對BLAST的自動化工具，此工具使研究基因序列的相關人員，在作資料庫搜尋時，藉由友善的介面，減少人為操作、降低時間，並且減少人為疏失。

We implement a tool called AutoBLAST which perform BLAST automatically. With AutoBLAST, people who do researches about gene sequence alignments can avoid to do tedious database manipulation, save time and reduce unexpected errors.
