摘要: 雖然電腦化資訊系統在生產控制系統已使用多年,在提昇管理效率方面,的確帶來許多正面的助益。然而以人工處理及不當的後勤作業指派,也導致作業效率下降和客戶服務之遲緩,因此傳統的電腦化資訊系統無法滿足劇烈競爭下的市場需求,尤其是採BTO/CTO型式的生產系統。 針對此問題,本論文提出一資訊技術整合策略,用來模擬及時化(JIT)的生產資訊系統,包括撿料、生產線規劃與控制、成品入庫及配銷等資料處理作業,使得生產系統績效得以提昇。數種新式的資訊技術和裝置,諸如e化技術、多重代理人系統、二維條碼系統、電子式物料定位系統、電子化看板等,將被用來支援相關的後勤作業以建構即時的資訊擷取與溝通系統。一個稱之為「三階式模組」之多重代理人溝通/協調機制,將被用來建構及時化生產資訊系統之控制機制。本研究也引用多重式XML綱要來建構資訊交換介面,使得異質系統資訊得以交換和共享。為了達到即時的資訊交易境界,一個稱為eSFCIS ( Web-based Shop Floor Control Information System) 之資訊系統,採用三層式客戶-伺服型式架構在全球資訊網/企業網際網路上。以此方式建構之整合式資訊架構,將允許生產資訊輕易的跨越企業內及外之供應鏈系統,並協助生產管制人員制定合適的即時化決策。
Although computerized information systems are conventionally used to control production, applying a manual approach and improper logistical assignments typically reduces operating efficiency and increases customer service response time. Satisfying the requirements of remaining competitiveness in the current marketplace, such as offering build-to-order (BTO) or configuration-to-order (CTO) services, is difficult. This study presents an integrated information technology for use in shop floor control (SFC) to simulate a just-in-time (JIT) production information system, including the information processing of parts kitting, tasks assignment and control, and finished goods packing and distributing to enhance the performance of the production system. Several novel information technologies and devices, such as Web-based method, multi-agent system, two dimensional barcode system (2D barcode), electronic pick-to-light picking system, electronic Kanban (eKanban), etc., are adopted to support the relevant logistics for establishing the real-time data capture and communication system. A new formalism called tri-based model of the multi-agent communication/negotiation mechanism is employed to construct the production information controlling mechanism in real-time. This research focuses also on the model of using multi-XML Schema to construct the XML system framework for interchanging and sharing information across on heterogeneous system. To achieve a real-time information transaction environment, an information infrastructure called eSFCIS (Web-based Shop Floor Control Information System), are constructed with a client-server structure under the Internet/Intranet. The proposed approaches allow the production control easily deploying across the intra-/inter-organizational supply system and help the production controller to make a suitable decision and quickly meet the requirements of a production system.
