摘要: 我們成功合成出具有coumarin架構的新穎藍色客發光體材料─Ethyl 9-ethyl-6,8,8-trimethyl-2-oxo-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-2H-pyrano[3,2-g] quinoline-3- carboxylate,簡稱BC-5,與9-Ethyl-6,8,8-trimethyl-3-(phenylsulfonyl)-6,7,8,9- tetrahydro- 2H-pyrano[3,2-g] quinolin-2-one,簡稱BC-6;此新穎藍光材料改質於高螢光性coumarin結構,試圖得到高螢光效率及純藍光色的coumarin藍光客發光體,用於解決一般發藍綠光色coumarin衍生物光色不純的問題。BC-5與BC-6擁有高液態螢光量子效率(Φf = 1.2 與 0.9),高熱穩定性(Td = 265.7℃與348℃);經過元件結構的調整,可得到純藍光的元件光色,並且在微共振腔效應影響下,BC-5的元件光色即使在2 %摻雜濃度下,1931色度座標的x,y值和仍在0.33內。
Blue fluorescent dopants based on coumarin structure, in particular, ethyl 9-ethyl- 6,8,8-trimethyl-2-oxo-6,7,8,9-tetrahydro-2H- pyrano[3,2-g] quinoline-3- carboxylat(BC-5)and 9-ethyl-6,8,8-trimethyl-3- (phenylsulfonyl)- 6,7,8,9- tetrahydro- 2H-pyrano[3,2-g] quinolin-2-one(BC-6)have been synthesized and characterized. BC-5 and BC-6 exhibit high quantum efficiency of 1.2 and 0.9 in solution state, respectively, relative to Coumarin 1. They also have high decomposed temperature(Td = 265.7℃ for BC-5 and 348℃ for BC-6). From the EL performance, at optimal doping concentration of 1.6%, BC-5 and BC-6 exhibit more saturated blue color in terms of CIEx, y(0.15,0.22) and CIEx, y(0.15,0.26).
