摘要: | 在半导体制造厂,晶片的产出量在作业员用餐时可能突然锐减,本研究欲找出在适当的工作中心增加人力,使作业员用餐效应影响最小的方法。首先先计算每个工作中心之人力工时,配合模拟估算出每个工作中心的平均人力需求。然后利用边际配置法与田口实验法进行用餐时段增加作业员之实验,两种实验之结果皆显示,考虑用餐效应的结果比不考虑用餐效应的结果较好,且在考虑用餐效应下,不仅仅具有瓶颈机台的工作中心增加人力会对产出有影响,其他工作中心加人对产出也会有影响。本研究发现使用边际配置并考虑用餐效应来进行实验,结果会比较具正确性。 In semiconductor manufacturing, the fab throughput may suddenly drop due to the meal breaks of operators. This research investigates methods for adding operators to cost-effectively absorb the meal-impacts. The operator times required for each work center are first analyzed. The average demand of operator for each work center, obtained by simulation, is taken as the initial staffing decision. The number of operators at each workstation is then added, by two systematic methods, to see if the fab throughput can be increased. The two methods are the marginal allocation method and the Taguchi methods. Simulation experiment results show that considered meal-impacts outperform non-considered meal-impacts, and the result also show that not only added operators in bottleneck machines, but also added operators in non-bottleneck machines. This research found that using the marginal allocation method and considered meal-impacts would be the better solution in the operator staffing decision. |
