摘要: 本论文之目的乃是依循下列研究步骤以设计自行车液压碟式煞车装置。
(a)专利检索-检索关键字与条件设定
(b)专利筛选-建立专利资料库
(c)专利分析-应用专利摘要分析法与专利地图法
(d)概念设计-应用专利回避与创新法
(e)专利申请
本论文所提出的两件概念设计,其功能/目的分述如下:
(a)自行车之倍力式液压煞车主缸
在第一阶段煞车中,流入煞车钳夹的液压油压力小,流率大,能使煞车灵敏;而在第二阶段煞车中,流入钳夹的液压油压力大,流率小,能使煞车力大,以缩短煞车安全距离且避免煞车的振动。
(b)自行车液压碟煞来令片之回位与自动间隙调整机构
当煞车放松时,自行车液压碟煞元件之煞车来令片不但能确实回复原位;且当煞车作用时,能自动调整其与煞车碟片间的间隙到一预设值。
The purpose of this thesis is to design the bicycle hydraulic disc brake device according to following research steps:
(a)Search patents, search keywords and term set up.
(b)Select patents, establish patent database.
(c)Analyse patents, apply patent analysis and patent map means.
(d)Accomplish two conceptual designs, apply patent around and inventive design means.
(e)Submit patents application.
The functions and results of two conceptual design can be described as follows:
(a)The multiplying power master cylinder of a bicycle hydraulic brake system:In the first brake step, the hydraulic fluid which flows into brake caliper has less fluid pressure and larger flow rate. Consequently, brake sensitivity is fast. However, in the second brake step, preceding hydraulic fluid has higher fluid pressure and less flow rate. As a result, brake force is increased, which can decrease brake safe distance, and brake vibration is avoided.
(b)Returning and self-adjusting gap mechanism of a bicycle hydraulic disc brake lining:As the brake is released, the brake lining of a bicycle hydraulic disc brake element can return to its original position. In addition, as the brake is acted, the gap between the brake lining and the brake disc can be automatically adjusted to a fixed value.
