dc.description.abstract | 隨著企業內部爲了提高生產良率、縮短訂單到出貨之時程、掌控機台生產狀況、降低生產成本、減少堆積庫存,均會導入電腦整合製造(CIM)系統,以期達到即時管理掌控生產線狀況之目的,但是對於主管作決策時,總希望有足夠的資訊,所以本論文以資料探勘的技術來彌補現有的管理資訊系統上的分析預測能力不足之處,將可協助企業提昇經營優勢。 本論文所提出的架構是以CIM系統資料為基礎,利用資料倉儲以及線上即時分析的技術,以關聯性模組的演算法設計出資料探勘引擎,經由Web Site的趨勢,不僅讓使用者在操作上容易上手,更是讓資訊人員節省使用者端的維護工作,真正達到thin client的目的。 本論文之CIM資料探勘系統是應用於半導體封裝廠,也是針對DRAM價格在市場上變動非常大,其研究結果可提升產品良率4.43%,縮短製程時間24.29%,減少封裝機台Hold Lot次數43.83%。如此對封裝廠企業來說,是提昇競爭力來因應瞬息萬變的市場有利工具。 所提出的系統架構也可應用於傳統製造業在製程上的分析,在提升產品良率的同時,亦可降低生產成本,提高訂單的達交率,協助其提升企業競爭力。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Following the pursuit of enhancing the yield, shortening the cycletime from ordering to shipment, controlling the production status of process tools, reducing product cost, decreasing the accumulated stock, Enterprises will lead to CIM system for approaching the goal to control the status of production line in real-time management. As the supervisors making decision, they always hope there is sufficient information to judge. So, this study’s main goal is to make up with the deficiency of analysis forecast ability on modern MIS and it will promote the advantages of enterprise-running. The structure of this study offered is based on CIM system information and use data warehouse and on line analytical processing technique to design the data mining engine with association algorithm. Through the web site’s trend, not only users can operate easily but also I.T. save the maintenance work for end users. It will truly reach the good of thin client. Data mining system of this study’s CIM is applied to semiconductor packing factories and also point at the great fluctuation of DRAM’s prices. The research result can enhance 4.43% yield and shorten 24.29% cycle time, reduce packing machines 43.83% Hold lot. Therefore, to packing factoring , it will be a advantageous tool to promote the ability to cope with a changeable market competitive system structure tendered is also applied to the analysis of manufacturing processes for traditional manufacturers.
