dc.description.abstract面對市場的激烈競爭,提昇產品品質降低成本是企業唯一生存之道。為了滿足顧客的需求,生產者必須強調產品的「時間品質」,也是「可靠度」。可靠度正如同品質一樣,是設計進去而非製造出來的。在產品的企劃階段,設計人員就必須運用各種設計技術與分析方法來確定設計的弱點,從而採取適當的預防或改善措施。 本研究的主旨為將以往僅應用於「產品」的可靠度分析,擴大至處理「過程」問題,並擬針對軌道運輸系統行車的誤點機率,利用「績效函數」進行其服務的可靠度預測與配置,以提供有關單位日後維持系統高可靠度的參考。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn order to adapt the pressure of furious competition in the international market, quality promotion and cost reduction are the only road for survival of companys. For the sake of satisfying the customer’s needs and wants. The producer must emphasize the importance of the “time quality”, that if the “reliability”. The reliability of a product, as well as the quality, should be “designed-in”. The responsibility of a designer is to apply design technology and analysis methods to dig out the weakness of the design and to take adequate decisions to improve the product. The objective of this paper is to develop a model of the rail-transit systems for using the “performance function” to execute reliability prediction and allocation based on the delay probability. Finally, making suggestions to help the transit authority to maintain high system reliability in its future service.en_US
