dc.description.abstract在競爭激烈的全球化經濟中,加快了變遷的速度,來自更多地方的更多競爭者,不斷帶來意外與震撼,而創新也因此備受重視,甚至可以是永續經營的唯一之道,因為新的競爭者以創新技術,可能讓固有的領先者難以為繼。當新競爭者挑戰出現後,若不能在成本上競爭,就必須提供消費者獨特的價值,如技術創新,由此可見創新對維持一家公司之永續經營之重要性。 本文透過事前依筆者二十年創新研發經驗研擬出之訪問資料,面對面與工研院創意中心主任、揚明光學新產品技術研發主管、3M 公司光學研發主管進行深入訪談與取經,3M公司一向具濃烈創意文化、卓越、長青及靈活應變的,揚明光學近來積極進行創新研發工作,而工研院創意中心則是長期鼓動同仁研發與建立創新風氣的。文中並以LCD背光技術開發為平台,探討分析該如何制定研發創新策略,與建立創新研發之管理方式,從而不斷創新來獲取永續生存之道。這其中有賴於發揮想像、創新動機、支持、認同與合作,也需要進行鼓勵與管理,而成敗往往取決於組織如何有效整合資源與管理。組織要創新,要以人為本並給予較大自主空間,依循開放式創新的觀念以更宏觀的角度分析如何藉由創新策略的調整,加速創新流程。 驗證過的學習過程,是非常重要的,在市場局勢快速變動,最難的其實是去適應變動且進行改變。沒有人能掌握局勢,確定每走一步,下一步就不會再有變化,但要做出與其他人不同的成果,才有價值。與其他人不同的地方就是在競局中抓到機會點,且將產品研發做到極致,與市面上的產品有所差異化,然後在學習過程中,迅速掌握脈絡與對的方向。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractIn a competitive and globalized economy accelerate the speed of change. The more competitors from more places constantly brought an unexpected shock. The innovation as being significant, and even can be sustainable only way because new competitors with innovative technology may allow the inherent leader unsustainable. When the emergence of new competitors to challenge, if not cost competitive, then must provide a unique value for consumers, such as technological innovation. Therefore we can see the importance of innovation for maintaining the sustainable management of the company. Through prior access information according to the author two decades of experience in innovation and R & D, face-to-face talked with the director of ITRI Creativity Laboratory, the head of technology research and development of new products for Young Optics, and 3M optical director of research and development to conducted in-depth interviews and learn. 3M Company has always with strong creative and cultural excellence, Evergreen and adaptability. Young Optics recently active innovation and R & D work. ITRI Creativity Laboratory is a long-term agitation of colleagues in research and development and the creation of innovative atmosphere. Here LCD backlight technology development as a platform to explore the analysis of how the development of research and innovation strategy ,and the management to obtain sustainable survival. Which depends on their imagination, innovation, motivation, support, recognition and cooperation, but also need to be encouraged and management. The success or failure often depends on how organizations can effectively integrate resources and management. Organizations want to innovate, be people-oriented and give greater autonomy to follow the concept of open innovation analysis in a broader perspective by the adjustment of innovative strategies to accelerate the innovation process. The learning process after verifications is very important. The most difficult is to adapt to change, and change during rapid changes in the market situation. No one can grasp the situation, but to make sure every step to let the next step will be no change different results with others, to be of value. Different places with other people is to catch opportunity in the competition, and product development to achieve the ultimate. And then in the learing process, the products on the market vary quickly grasp the context and the right direction.en_US
