時間間隔模式分析 – 應用於洗腎病人就醫之時間間隔研究

Abstract

在大部分的研究中，我們對資料與資料間存在著什麼樣的關係感到有興趣，如果資料跟時間有關，則我們可以針對時間間隔來做分析跟研究。本篇論文是在對於時間間隔資料建立模式及分析間隔資料的分配，並以洗腎病人其重複就醫的時間間隔與就醫治療情形的關係來當作一個應用的實例。我們主要是以調整時間間隔可能的分配來進行分析，在這裡我們設定時間間隔與上一組資料的大小有關，則依照此規律重複生成了數組時間間隔資料，然後比較第一組時間間隔資料與全部的時間間隔資料所服從的分配會不會相等。本文利用了1997年到2009年間，桃竹苗地區某些醫院的洗腎人口就醫資料當作實際例子。我們將資料中就醫時間與年齡的部分，依照其相同病人重複就醫的時間間隔資料來進行分析。

In many studies, we are interested in investigating the relationship between two observed data sets. When the data depend on time, we are interested in analyzing their time intervals. In this study, we build time interval models and test the equality of two distributions of two time interval datasets. The method is demonstrated to be a feasible one in a simulation study and in a real data example for the dialysis patient treatment.
