dc.description.abstract本文將表面聲波馬達定子與滑座間的接觸問題簡化為兩者間彈性摩擦層變形的解析模型,摩擦層受到表面聲波的接觸力作用,運動方程式包含慣性力影響。以複利葉轉換及勢函數,推導接觸力引致的摩擦層表面變形響應。摩擦層表面位移為一波數積分,以適應性數值積分計算摩擦層表面的正向與切線變形量。採用Armstrong的摩擦理論,考慮滑座摩擦層與定子間的相對速度對於兩者間摩擦係數的影響,建立摩擦力與正向接觸力的關係。摩擦層的位移與接觸應力最後是由假設的定子基板位移條件求得。zh_TW
