Due to the awareness of customer-oriented service in recent years, corporations emphasize the importance to satisfy customer’s requirements. In order to boost the company's competitiveness and improve the customer satisfaction, product quality and company service are essential. For a testing house, the testing quality has a great impact on the quality of the product. Therefore, to return customer testing data successfully is one of the important service projects. Thus a stable TDDS (Testing Data Dispatcher System) plays an important role for a testing plant. Under such circumstance, this thesis combines J2EE (Java Enterprise Edition) technology and commercial component development to improve and enhance existing TDDS (Testing Data the Dispatcher System). The modified system has advantages of decentralization, scalability and high reliability. It can not only lower the developer's technical entry level, but also reduce the development time. Furthermore, the efficiency of the system development is improved and the maintenance effort is much relieved. In addition, the quality of IT services for a testing house is enhanced as well. Finally, it will keep high stability for the integration of data flow among customers, reduce the customer complaints and improve the customer satisfaction. |
