dc.description.abstract | 企業網路在企業的使用裡,當遇上頻寬不足或是頻寬壅塞時,傳統對應方式為進行擴充頻寬。擴充頻寬雖然解決頻寬不足的情形,但伴隨擴充頻寬而增加的費用,相對增加企業經營的成本。本論文基於案例研究方式,依據ISO/IEC 7498-4網路管理的標準規範,並參考國際管理顧問機構 Gartner 公司的文獻報告,設計一個企業網路頻寬規劃流程。此流程對企業網路進行流量監測,並對網路內容進行檢視,依據企業經營項目的重要程度進行應用服務的分類,列出哪些應用服務是需要給予足夠頻寬使用,哪些流量不需特別給予頻寬。本論文用M公司為研究案例,探討M公司在現有企業網路頻寬條件下,依照此流程的網路頻寬使用政策進行頻寬控制使用,並比較在網路頻寬總使用率、應用服務使用的資料傳輸數量以及應用服務的品質各項使用數據。研究成果顯示M公司導入企業網路頻寬規劃流程後,對於節省網路頻寬使用、降低頻寬費用以及提昇應用服務的服務品質皆有正面效益,此規劃流程亦可作為其他大型企業在網路頻寬規劃使用上的參考依據。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | When there is a bandwidth shortage or bandwidth congestion issue in a typical enterprise network, the traditional solution is to increase bandwidth. Although increasing bandwidth can resolve the bandwidth shortage issue, this solution will also increase the enterprise’s operating cost. This study designs an enterprise network bandwidth planning process according to ISO/IEC 7498-4 Management Framework standard and referencing to literature reports of Gartner, which is an international management consultancy firm. This process monitors enterprise network traffic and analyzes web content. Meanwhile, this process list which applications should be provided adequate bandwidth and which traffic does not require dedicated bandwidth according to the classification of applications based on the importance of business operation needs. This study is a case study with company M, explore company M controls the usage of enterprise network bandwidth based on the network bandwidth policy of the process. The cross-reference statistics of the network bandwidth total utilization, data transmission throughput by services, and application service quality are also compared. The research results show that the positivity of benefit on saving network bandwidth usage, reducing bandwidth cost, and enhancing application service quality can be revealed after company M conducts enterprise network bandwidth planning process. This process also makes a reference to large enterprise for planning network bandwidth. | en_US |
