摘要: | 近年来,由于多切面电脑断层冠状动脉摄影(MDCT)的快速发展,电脑断层影像变的更精确、解析度更高,而被广泛使用。然而,一位病人的电脑断层扫描影像动辄上百张,使得医师需耗费大量的时间与精神才能诊断出冠状动脉是否健康,因此本论文希望能达成由电脑自动诊断冠状动脉斑块,以减少医师诊断时所耗费的时间成本与人力成本。 本篇论文主要提出了两种自动化诊断冠状动脉斑块之方法,第一种方法是利用傅立叶描述子与亮度特征来诊断冠状动脉斑块,而第二种方法则针对血管亮度与半径进行回归分析,来达到自动诊断冠状动脉斑块。其中,我们提出的第二种方法,有较高的Sensitivity与P.P.V.,且相较于另外11位研究者提出的方法也有不错的成绩。 In recent years, due to the rapid development and expanded use of MDCT(multi-detector computed tomography), it becomes much easier than before to obtain more accurate and high-resolution image data of the heart. In general, a patient's MDCT data consist of hundreds of slices and it requires a lot of time and effort to generate diagnoses from such data. Our goal is to propose and analyze methods for diagnosing coronary plaques automatically. In this thesis, we propose two automated method for the diagnosis of coronary artery plaques. To identify potential coronary artery plaques, the first method uses Fourier descriptors and intensity features, and the second method uses regression analysis on the intensities and radii of vascular cross-sections. Our second method ranks in second place when compared with the results of 11 other algorithms listed on the data provider's website. |
