摘要: | 我们提出一个广泛的照明体内照明系统在微创手术中。此照明系统是由安全环形开腹撑开器、LED以及二次光学元件所组成。在这个研究中,我们利用二次光学元件去改善LED的光学特性,二次光学元件的设计由菲涅尔透镜与全反射透镜所建构而成。透过模拟可知道单颗LED加上二次光学元件效率可从33.6%增加到82.9%。最后,为了避免系统产生的热伤害到人体组织,我们将整个系统的LED与二次光学元件数量做最佳化,使得我们的设计更适用于手术中。 In this thesis we proposed an intracorporeal illumination system for providing wide-field illumination during minimally invasive surgery. The illumination system is comprised of an Alexis Wound Retractor, a set of light emitting diodes (LEDs) and secondary optical elements (SOEs). The SOE was composed of the Fresnel lens and the total internal reflection (TIR) lens which was designed to improve the optical performance of the LED. The result of simulation demonstrated that the optical efficiency of each LED with an SOE could be increased from 33.6% to 82.9%. To avoid any damage to human tissue by thermal effect, the number of LEDs with SOEs was optimized. The results indicate that our design to be applicable for practical surgery. |
