dc.description.abstract | 制程能力指标经常被用来衡量制程重复制造产品符合规格的能力,不仅是提供品质保证的工具,也是提供品质改善方面的一个方针。提供可信赖的制程量测给产业界应用非常重要;但是实务上制程经常伴随附加条件,本篇着重在应用与解决有附加条件下制程量测的问题。因此,本篇使用电脑软体Matlab并做出在双边规格下不同附加条件的信赖下界表格及临界值表格,还有提供个别的程式可以计算特定的信赖下界值以及临界值。贡献是操作者不须具备熟练统计技巧就可轻易地对照文中提供的表格与程式并做出可信赖的决策。本文的附加条件包含:多品质特性,多条生产线,制程平均数偏移,制程变异数改变,量测误差,工具磨损,允收抽样。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Process capability indices (PCIs) have been proposed in the manufacturing industry to provide yield, measures on process capability, which are effective tools for quality assurance and guidance for process improvement. It is important to provide reliable capability assessment for in-plant applications. However, in practice, processes usually with side conditions, the objective of this thesis is to implement and solve the capability testing with side conditions problems. Thus, in this thesis, we provide various lower confidence bounds tables, critical values tables, and programs to calculate a specific lower confidence bound or critical value by Matlab computer program for two-sided processes with side conditions. That is, users could apply these tables and programs then make reliable decisions without practiced skills of the statistical technique. The side conditions include process with multiple characteristics, process with multiple manufacturing lines, process with mean shift, process with variance change, process with measurement error, process with tool replacement, and determination values for product acceptance. | en_US |
